Refunds
Please note that as a restaurant, we do not offer refunds for food or beverages once they have been prepared or consumed. However, if your meal was incorrect, or if you experienced any issues with your order, please let us know right away. We will be happy to make things right and offer an exchange or replacement meal where appropriate.
Exchanges
In the case of incorrect orders or issues with your meal, we will offer an exchange for the correct item as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you return the incorrect item as soon as possible, with your receipt, to help us process your request.
